[THIN] PS3 Printing Problems

Hi all,
Has anyone seen this before?
We have one client running PS3 on 2003. Occasionally, a user will log into
a published desktop and be able to print fine from Word, but trying to print
from Excel/Outlook/Adobe they're told that there are no printers installed.
There doesn't seem to be any pattern of which users are affected, it's not
limited to a given server.
Any insights appreicated.
