XML on 80.  Was not working, so I added IIS, but have since removed.

Found that my Citrix XML service was disabled on both servers??

 

Set to automatic, tweaked IIS, and off they go!

Confirm that the IMA service si running and ensure that the IMA port
is what yoy expect.  This is the first place to look with your
symptoms.
Also confirm that there is not a firewall issue.  I use a simple test:

Telnet %servername% %IMA port%
