[THIN] PS 4.5 Rollup and Hotfixes

Hello all,
I am finally getting around to setting up my first server for my new 4.5farm.
Server is W2K3 SP1 all latest MS patches. Have PS 4.5 loaded and have been
reading all the docs that go along with the hot fixes and the Rollup 1. Just
need some clarification and see what others are doing.
I see that Roll up 1 replaces some previous hotfixes but then it partially
invalidates some others, 15, 19, 20 and 21. I have not put any Citrix
Hotfixes on this box yet. I don't have any applications loaded on it yet
and no one is logging into it yet. So I am saying, I don't know if I'll
experience any of the issues that these hotfixes and rollup are suppose to
correct.
Should I put them on anyway, shoud I wait and see if I have any of the
issues? Should I just put rollup 1 for sure and not the others?
Also I see there is a specific order to installing rollup 1, I didn't put WI
on this box so can I skip over that when putting this rollup on, if I put it
on?
I plan on getting this one box up and built with all needed
patches/hotfix/SP's and applications and then making a Ghost image of it to
deploy to the rest of my new farm and for psuedo DR down the road.
