Hi all,

looking for a bit of help with my PNAGENT configuration.

environment
========
w2k3 R2
CPS 4.0 RP3
WI 4.2
CSG
XP SP2 Client

all systems are members of the same domain on the same LAN segment. DNS resolution is working as i can ping using dnsname all systems from each machine.

All servers have valid certs issued privately. the client has a valid root cert. The wi configuration is for secure web access through the CSG. this works well.

When i try to usePNAGENT i can enumerate the applications once authenticated but when i try access any of them i get the following error "cannot connect to citrix presentation server. Could not find specified citrix presentation server"

the servers all have a 192.168.x.x address as does the client. the csg server is the same as the wi with 2 ip's assigned. each ip has it's own certificate . the CSG is configured to listen on the csg ip for inbound connections using port 444. There are no outbound traffic restrictions. the CSG is set to indirect mode using the FQDN of the CSG server listening on port 80 (if i implement port 443 i get an ssl error 59 but this can be resolved by disabling socket pooling in IIS?) there are no alternate addresses configured on the presentation server and at the moment i don't have SSL relay configured.

I have searched high and low for an answer on this so all help much appreciated
