I have 10 Citrix farms with one Web Interface in each. I want to have one backup server for all of them. It is of course possible to use DNS (round-robin) and have semi load balanced WI servers but in case the primary WI server is down DNS will still point to it. I am sure there is a reason for it. On 6/19/07, Cwalinski, Zygmunt <zcwalinski@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: Thanks, any help is appreciated as we are going to implement PNAgent in two-three weeks time. It works perfectly but I really would like to have backup url running in production environment. I use Program Neighborhood Agent version 10 which according to the previous Citrix announcement should work with Backup URL. Unfortunately it doesn't. I n my workstation registry I can see that " HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Citrix\Program Neighborhood Agent\Backup Locations" is defined ( http://cg.company.com/Citrix/PNAgent <http://cg.company.com/Citrix/PNAgent> ) but if the primary server goes down, PNAgent still tries to connect to it. Why PNAgent doesn't connect to Backup URL? Do you have any idea why it doesn't work? Thanks, Zygmunt Cwalinski, System Analyst Network Services 905-281-5583
