Sounds to me like you are trying to implement content redirection. If so I
think that all the icons look like the Citrix tower.

I am working on rolling out PN Agent to the users, however I have one
issue that users are constantly complaining about. The icons for all
Metaframe associated file types are the same. They can't tell what is an
excel or word document without looking at the extension. Has anyone found
a way to work around this??
