could it be the same type of setting in IIS that logs people off the WI
after 10 minutes. or 20 minutes, or whatever it is. there's an article
out there on adjusting that pwards for the Web Interface. Maybe the
same concept applies to the PNAgent.

We use PN Agent to create a folder on the desktop and in the start menu,
called Bemis Citrix Applications.
We have found a growing # of people reporting that the folders,
disappear, with an error that they can no longer be found.
Application refresh does not bring them back. Best fix is a client
reboot, or close PN Agent, and then relaunch it.
Has anyone seen this?
