I've seen this before and deleting the IE temp files solved it.

Hi all
Just downloaded and applied (luckily to my test server only) Q818529 June
2003 Cumulative Patch for Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 and now I can't
open certain PDF files! I get the error message: File does not begin with
'%PDF-'. I've done a search on the web and there are loads of posts
relating to this error, but can't seem to find a fix for it. We're using
TS4 and Acrobat Reader 5.0
Anyone else come across this?
