Evan My only concern would be whether you have remapped the drives - we have had some issues when trying to convert PS servers with remapped drives. As I imagine most people do, go for a cold conversion and make sure you have the latest version of VMware Converter. We virtualized a couple of Presentation server boxes with Web Interface. Just ran the converter, powered off the physical boxes, and powered up the virtual ones. The converter is much easier to use than the older P2V tool. More like Platespin, drag and drop. Are there any gotcha's when doing a P2V to VMware ESX 3.0.x, or do I just let it rip?
