Ok, the mailbox resides in the NT4 domain, and the user account resides =
in the 2000 domain? Have you checked the properties of the mailbox to =
see what the Primary NT account is set to? If so, what is the value?

The domain they are on is Win2k and the domain the Exch box is on is NT
4. We setup trusts between the 2 domains but the users still couldn't
authenticate to there mailboxes from the 2k domain to the NT domain. =
Tried this for 2 weeks and couldn't get it to work. So we went to just =
doing the authenication through outlook.

Have you considered configuring the exchange server so that the Citrix =
domain a/c has permissions over the mailbox. That way they will never be =
asked to authenticate themselves.
