immediately so it isn't coming from the smtp server but the outlook client
itself.

I have a user running outlook 2000 in citrix xp.  They are  trying to
connect to our pop3 and smtp servers.  When they try to send an email out it
it comes back with the following message:

Everything is setup correctly.  I have recrecreated the service several
times and still no luck. Anyone have any ideas?
