[THIN] Outlook in Citrix

I have several users in a citrix environment running outlook 200.  they use
pop3 to get there mail.  They point to an smtp relay server for out going.
a few users get the following message when trying to send emails.

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

      'mboggan@xxxxxxxxxxx' on 10/2/02 11:18 AM
            No transport provider was available for delivery to this
recipient.

The provider should be smtp and it is all configured properly but it will
not go.  Any ideas?
