Yeah use some profgen. Or with XP set the Import PRF switch in the
registry... its all good.

I didn't know it didn't work ;-) We use Outlook 2000 SR-1 here with
roaming profiles on NT4TSE with MF1.8 and apart from a tiny registry
tweak it runs well.
