Hi, I have Win2k SP4 TS with Office 2000 SP3 (Windows 2000 Domain with SBS 2000 - ADS), when I am logged in as administrator within Outlook I can see the <Send/Receive> toolbar button, and within a new email I can see the <Send> toolbar button. But as a normal user I don't have them ! So first workaround: F5 instead of <Send/Receive>, and Ctrl+Enter for <Send>, but my users are not very happy, especially when it's a migration from NT4 TSE SP6 & Office 2000 (no SP's) which was working well I have tried to dig in the registry checking that HKCR\CLSID had EveryOne with "Special Access" (Read, Query Value, Set Value, Create SubKey) but it was OK Then I have tried RegMon, I found out that HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Outlook\9.0\OMI (which is an empty key), had an "Access Denied", so I gave EveryOne "Special Access" and then "Full Control", the error is not there anymore, but there is still another one "Access Denied" to HKML\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion, but there I would not like to give write permissions so I have not tried... Any idea or help would be very appreciated... Thanks!
