Used to happen a long long time ago to me but only on first setup of a users profile. Every other launch after this point was fine. Out of curiosity (because it was something I never got to the bottom of) what is the article number? When a user closes outlook 2000, it hangs on the "Please wait while Microsoft Outlook Exists". The only way to close it is to manually close it via the PN connection center. Anyone seen this before?
