I have the fix for this which is described in a Microsoft KB article,
but you have to call Microsoft to get it. If you would like the files to

Hello,
I'm having an issue on my presentation server 4.0. When a user closes
outlook 2000, it hangs on the "Please wait while Microsoft Outlook
Exists". The only way to close it is to manually close it via the PN
connection center.
Anyone seen this before?
