How about setting your email system (local application) to filter "Out of Office" subjects directly to trash? Eudora will do that, I assume others will as well?

No don't unsubscribe anyone, you wouldn't want anyone doing that to you and
it is a pain to resubscribe. I try and put people on vacation mode if they
are going to be gone for more than a few days. I don't bother if it is just
a day or two. You can put them on Vacation mode but if you do as a courtesy
send them an email that you did.

are we allowed to unsubscribe people from the list, or does it have to be confirmed by them? :)

Bah,

I tell you what. I just replied to a post today and got like 6 out of office
responses.

I'm scared to post half the time, anymore. ;p
