I agree. Open Office is a pretty solid product.=20

I have also found it to be slightly less resource-intensive.=20

Actually Stephen, it's worked fairly well for us in our testing.  Due to
the
cost of licenses for MSOffice, it very well could be a way to go in the
future.  It's not perfect, but it gets the job done.
