[THIN] Old Farm Issues

Have a client's XP FR3 farm, some servers have SP3 installed, and some
servers have SP4 plus the latest hotfix rollup. On the SP4 servers, when
users try to open html files a Watson on the 6.31.q051 client occurs,
showing an access violation of c0000005 for wfica32.exe at address 77e7a5cd.
Anyone seen this before or can suggest possible causes of the access
violation?
