The only issue I've had, and it's big, is that a security patch will kill forms 
in my public folders. Contacted Microsoft and was told it was a security 
feature. I had to reinstall Office, apply zero patches, and approach security 
from another angle.

So I have heard a number of horror stories regarding patching Office on 
Citrx/Terminal servers.  Anyone have any suggestions or websites regarding the 
best way to apply patches to Office?  I am running Citrx PS3 enterprise edition.
