Easiest thing to try is an uninstall \ reboot \ reinstall on the problem
servers (if it's only a few)  

 

If they still don't update, force a manual update and then review the
update logs within Officescan's Mgmt console for errors

Hi , 

I am having n issue with OfficeScan on a couple of citrix server's with
the pattern files not updating. 

After looking through the logs on the servers it seems to time out, this
happened at 5 in the morning when no activity would be happening on
these servers.

Its happening to the same server continiously, with updates taking place
after a reboot on weekends. 

Setup is win2k with XPf3 sp4. 

Any ideas?
