Hi Tom,
Could be a bunch of things, but excel 2000 in particular has occasional
problems where it just goes into 100% cpu utilization. To the user it looks
like it's freezing.
There is a post Office 2000 SP2 hotfix for excel to fix a few issues but
even with this loaded I've still seen problems.
I haven't seen this behaviour in Excel 200... yet ;-)

Windows NT 4.0 TSE Sp6 ; Citrix Meaframe XP FR1
I publish the desktop to about 100 users on thin client boxes. I get a
lot of complaints saying excel freezes 3 to four times a day.
There would be a max of say 30 users connected to one of my three citrix
servers just to give you and idea of load. Also most of these users are
running access databases all day.
Any tips. Performance monitoring etc.
