Have you made sure that all Menu animations are turned off? There is an
Office 97 template on thethin.net that has some of these settings in it
that you can add to your policy management console and set via a policy.
The cursor blink rate can also be set which helps this issue. See one
of the TS policy templates for W2K
like the ADTS one to change this setting

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem I'm having.
We are using Office 97 with Metaframe 1.8 SP4/Windows 2000 and every
once in a while while typing in Outlook or Word, etc the cursor will
freeze for up to a minute before it comes back. This has also happened
when saving documents in Office. Is this a known issue? We have three
Citrix servers and it has happened on all three.
