Yup. Login to your server and run SET from a command prompt. I had the problem after an application I installed changed the environment variable for Programfiles back to C:\program files. If not there then do a search in your registry for C:\ and see what you come up with. I checked the sp3 MSI using /? but no mention of being able to specify the destination location, I also tried using subst which also failed.
