Per the Citrix box, Office 2003 is not supported for Virtual Memory
optimization, page 196 of the CTX-1256 PS4 course. It is due to the
Windows Rights Management protection of the DLL's associated with Office
2003.

in my encouters to date, disabling the memory optimizations will undo
what had been done.
