I would always start fresh.  And I didn't ProfGen or 
anythings very straight forward.  We of course don't 
install the little office assistants and a few other items 
but that is all...

Does the installation of outlook seem to be fairly straight 
forward.

I was planning on Upgrading, but would you recommend a 
clean install of office?

Does it require any type of ProfGen util to setup each 
user?  I have Exch 2000.
