[THIN] Re: Office 2000 SR1 install error

I've run into this several times in the past and I don't have a definitive
cause yet.  I am curious though, when you installed Win2k, did you install
Terminal Services in Application Server mode during the initial install or
did you add it as a component later.  The last time I had this problem, that
is the only thing I could think of that I did different than usual,
installing Terminal Services as a component later.

Office 2K SR1 is installed and it keeps trying to reinstall a component and
always fails.  


Here's the event errors:

1004:
Detection of product '{00010409-78E1-11D2-B60F-006097C998E7}', feature
'ProductNonBootFiles', component '{C9AF9050-C8BE-11D1-9C67-0000F81F1B38}'
failed.  The resource
'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Common\UserData' does not
exist. 

1001:
Detection of product '{00010409-78E1-11D2-B60F-006097C998E7}', feature
'ProductNonBootFiles' failed during request for component
'{22056900-C842-11D1-A0DD-00A0C9054277}'
