I had a similar problem with Office 97 and ended up removing the UserInfo key from the Terminal Server\Install folder which prevents it being written in at all as it does not know it is required. Full Path in the reg is HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Terminal Server\Install\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Common\UserInfo Hope that Helps. Hey all, On my Citrix XP FR2 Win200 SP3 servers, when a user launches an MSOffice2000 app for the first time in the session, the user will be shown the pop-up window that asks for the users name and initials. If the user opens another Office2K app they are NOT shown this pop-up. Now if the user logs off and then back on, they get the pop-up again. I'm using Flex profiles and when I change the layout of Word or Outlook, the settings ARE saved (cool), but this pop-up window just wont DIE. Any ideas?
