Only one caution against Filenet, it requires a bit of infrasture & last
time I looked (a few years ago) Oracle too.

We use a two different systems. Our most widely deployed system is
based on Filenet. It works pretty well, but it has a lot of little
annoyances.
Newer versions have less issues. The other is based on Carallo. This
system takes advantage of Microsoft's Index Server to do most of its
work.
Not as robust as Filenet.

We are looking at Questys. It is decided except for the budgeting (I
think). Mainly because it can integrate with our existing digital
copiers.
They have some demos and presentations on their website.

I am in the process of determining a document management system
for
my organization. We are a Windows 2000/exchange/SQL 2000 shop.
What's everyone using? Thanks in advance for your ideas.
