[THIN] Odd problem with Outlook 2000 and Exchange 2003

Hi all,
I just moved everyone over from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003. We are
continuing to use the Outlook 2000 client on our Citrix servers (Metaframe 1.8
SP4 and Windows 2000 SP4). Everything seems to be working great, but when some
people write a new email and then go to send it, their Outlook will freeze for
up to 2 minutes. Any ideas why? It could also happen during a forward too.
