[THIN] OT:Secondary Domain Controller

I want to upgrade my test domain to Windows 2003. I only have one
domain controller right now so instead of taking down the domain and
installing 2003 I thought about installing a new server with 2003 and
setting it up as a secondary domain controller. Does anyone have any
documentation on how to do this? Or should I go about this process a
different way?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
