They get my email when I send them. Delvered and read receipt does not
come back to me.

what happens when you send to them?
turn on the option for a delivered and read receipt. See if you get
them back when you send to them.

Just wondering if anyone can shed some light to this mystery of mine. My
exchange 2K server seems to be running fine but one of our vendor can
not get through. Everytime they send an email to us, they get
"Recipient's server exceeded time for connection". It seems to be
blocking their domain name but I can't find the block anywhere in my
system including firewall. Any idea?
