Also trying to use OWA for replying?????
I've seen it happen a few times when some startmenu items were =
redirected to
another location.
Or that the policy file of the nt4 environment was slow =
executing/loading or
doing something I didn't know.
Is this a clean server, no policies? No redirected startmenu?
