[THIN] OT: w2k8 service recovery and enhanced security question

building a w2k8 print server and setting a script to run to delete the
spooled files when the spooler service crashes. spooler is dependent on
tcp/ip print server so it needs to be stopped as well. Question - will the
the program (script) that runs as a recovery action run with administrative
privileges so that it will successfully stop the tcp/ip print server
service?
so far I'm really learning to hate vista and w2k8...
