You could also use the ADSI sdk objects, too - but it's far from
straightforward.

The only reason I can think of doing permission via vbscript, would be
either a desire to make your life difficult, or something you really
want to learn - otherwise command line stuff like xcacls / cacls /
subinacl is the best way to go for permissions.
