Hi group, I need to move McAfee ePO Orchestrator database (v2.0) from NT server to W2K server. I followed the instructions in the Installation guide (made fresh install on the W2K server (including MSDE), backed up NT database using dbbak.exe, transferred file to the w2k server and started the dbbak.exe to restore database from this file). The error I'm getting is: "Restore failed. Check if the database is in use" I know it is not a problem with the NT database file cause I backed up empty database from this W2K install and could not restore it with the same error message. The SQL server is running, MSDTC is not (should it?). I also tried to stop ePO server and do the restore with no luck. I think it is a problem with W2K database that is going to be overwritten. Somehow it thinks that it is in use and doesn't let me go ahead. Any ideas, please... Pavlo Ignatusha Systems and Network Coordinator Pembroke General Hospital Tel. (613) 732-3675 ext.6150 Fax.
