That's probably true in the main - but patently not true for everything.

Some apps *do* require elevated rights - do not assume *rights* and
*permissions* are the same thing.

Some apps do need elevated rights - whether they should or not is a
separate matter, but occasionally some do - and it's not all just
permission related stuff. I'd say in the main, though, they are not
always normal apps for a TS environment.

Which will be relevant for *most* but not all such issues.
