There aren't too many low cost SOHO units out there, but you could
either get a WatchGuard SOHO (I do believe the newer series has
content filtering), or get a Linux-based firewall, like IPCop or
Astaro. Both have web proxy, and you can configure what sites people
can visit and not visit (but this would not be on a per user basis,
but global).

OK, I'm finally able to get broadband, so I'd like to set up a "web
filtering" system for my home network so I can keep my kids from
seeing a bunch of the junk out there. I'd like to keep it so that I
only load & configure one box & not load a client on each system.

Any one got any recommendations?

Many thanks,
Larry
