Ive been using Rapprt for a while with 3125SE. Only Problem ive found is that there seems to be a problem pushing updates out over the wan link, I have a feeling the rapport packets are being droped by a router, Havnt looked into it though. -----Original Message----- From: Blackman, John [mailto:John.Blackman@xxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Tuesday, 29 April 2003 12:33 AM To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] OT: WYSE Rapport My ongoing saga with WYSE Terminals continues.... I'm trying to use Rapport 3.02 SP1 to distribute an update to a client. I've sorted out the licensing and all my managed clients are fully licensed and therefore the Rapport services are running. I set a new deployment in the Update manager and set the update to install immediately (Now), the install just sits there with the "PENDING" flag, refreshing the screen makes no difference. I've checked the ftp/security permissions etc as per the (crap) documentation, and they seem fine. Any thoughts? John John Blackman Network Administrator IT Incorporated ltd.
