I know - that's why I wrote:-

I actually script the creation of computer accounts / objects in AD, and I
use the computer account, in scripts, plus the nametranslate object, so that
I don't have to search AD for the computer object (ie I can 'zip' straight
to it)

I only pointed this out, because it's an attribute of the *user* object (ie
the actual account, as opposed to the computer object), and Chris's script
uses a filter on *computer* objects, when evaluating the computers within
the domain.
