They are different. The ones in the domain view are domain groups. The one in the local view are local groups to the workstation. There can be a local administrator group just for a workstation and a separate administrator group for all workstations on a domain. For example you'll see a guest account both in the domain and when you look at the local machine and they are just that. One of them is for the domain and one can only log onto the local machine. So for example if you disable guest on the domain but not on the local machine, guest could log onto your computer by choosing the computer name in the logon box instead of the domain name, but could not log onto the domain from any other machine.
