Hi Steve

We have the Domino server running for historical issues.
Could you (or anyone else for that matter) email me the util to convert
the Lotus PAB's to Exchange (Outlook 2000 client) from this CD, or
provide a url/ftp where this tools can be downloaded. I can't seem to
find anyone with this CD in hand, yes we could order it but I need this
util right away.

The CD in question is this one:
https://microsoft.order-5.com/trialstore/product.asp?catalog%5Fname=MSTr
ialandEval&category%5Fname=%2ENET+Enterprise+Servers&product%5Fid=099%2D
91435
(URL may wrap)
