I think that is a good idea.  Being able to add comments seems better than a 
rating system.  I also like the idea of the consultant being able to approve 
or disapprove of the content.  All-in-all it seems like a better approach.

Now I have to play the devil's advocate for a moment; keep in mind that most 
rating or comment systems can be abused.  Without some type of verification, 
nothing could really stop someone from going to a friend at company A and a 
friend at company B and having them write up something.  Someone could 
potentially even write their own reviews.  I know the amount of effort if 
would take to police this is too excessive to think of at this point, but 
just wanted to make sure that is something you give some thought to.
