[THIN] OT: Server room monitoring

Hi all,
Can somebody give me a recommendation on a device that will
monitor a small to medium server room for smoke, temp, water, power, etc.,
and place a call and/or page/text to multiple phone numbers?
Pros/cons to look for in such devices? Thanks! -George
