How about Track-It! (now being developed by Intuit since they baught
Blue Ocean). Not sure what it would cost for 60 users.
On an unrelated note, you have 60 help desk personal for 2000 employees?

Anyone care to suggest a decent, relatively affordable Help Desk for a
mid-sized organization? i.e., <$25K for 60 help desk users tracking
2,000 people. Remedy would be nice, but it'd be about $100K for us, so I
need something slightly less costly.
