If I understand you correctly, you are using MSCS, and seeing more than
one virtual servers resources on either another virtual server hosted on
the same node, or via the physical node?

I've seen this occur, and as far as I can recall it's a bug - it may
have been fixed by some patches or service pack. What OS are you running
and what patch levels?
