Hi, Outlook 2k puts attachments into %userprofile%\local settings\temporary internet files. If you have a policy removing temporary internet files from roaming profiles. Then this directory won't exit on login until after IE has been run. Add a line to usrlogon.cmd: If not exist "%userprofile%\local settings\temporary internet files" md "%userprofile%\local settings\temporary internet files" Incidentally the secure attachments directory location is defined under HKCU\software\microsoft\office\9.0\outlook\security.
