[THIN] OT: NT policy...

What in an NT 4 policy would restrict a user from being able to access items
under their Temporary Internet Files folder?
Shop floor logons have policies on them to restrict desktop, drives, etc.
Remove the user from the policy, opening link to MSDS document works fine,
put policy back on, doesn't work. I see nothing in poledit that would
restrict IE.
