Most MetaDirectory/Identity Management products can do this. Have a look at
Microsoft's MIIS:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserversystem/miis2003/default.mspx. It's
not cheep, but it will do the job.

Does anyone know of an application that can update AD from a SQL database?
We currently have a SQL HR database that holds all our employee info and
would like to sync the correct fields to AD users.
What is everyone else using to keep AD up to date?
