However, you CAN apply GPO's and other policies on Win2k / XP's. :p

But do you get the same lock-down capabilities using GPO's with Opera,
Mozilla, or Firebird as you do with IE? THAT is the $64 question! :)

run a REAL browser instead ;)
try Opera, Mozilla or even Firebird, my personal favourite at the moment (it
has a few bugs, but hey its v0.61!). with any of those youll notice browsing
is immensely faster at the very least

Furthermore, IE seems to crash and want to send M$ an error report at
least once per day. I never experienced any of this on this machine when it
was Win2K Pro (only days ago). Does anyone else experience any of this, and
what is the general consensus about XP Pro's stability? BTW, it's fully
patched.
